Main Points:
Many people simply see Christianity as a way (perhaps one of many) to become “more spiritual.”
Jesus doesn’t provide us with a detached spiritual experience; he transforms us now and forever.
Resurrection and transformation is the main theme of the natural world.
True spiritually is the result of being transformed by Jesus.
We will be transformed AND we are BEING transformed.
Being “spiritual” isn’t having inside knowledge or powers… It’s living in and for the Kingdom of God now
Knowing we have eternal life now makes us better at life now.
The absurd truth of Jesus’ resurrection is the foundation of the life we are longing for… now and forever.

1. How have you experienced God’s love recently?
2. How would you typically describe the idea of “being spiritual?” Does it differ at all from what was described in this episode? (Review main points in show notes, if that’s helpful.)
3. Read Colossians 3:10-17. What words, thoughts, or ideas stand out to you? How do you think this passage relates to some of the ideas presented in this series and/or episode?
4. Jon asked us, “Where is your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control needed?” What are some ideas that come to mind? What steps could you take this week to bring those to the world?
5. How can your group pray for you this week?
